I'm not a Smitty guy tho. That's the thing. Were always gonna be at a schematic disadvantage with him vs elite coaches, will never have an elite defense & will always have a conservative philosophy offensively & defensively. That said he deserved a chance to coach this team this season based on his overall track record

Not trying to sh*t on Smitty but I was never all that high on him from jump street.
I was hoping we would have gotten Mike Singletary or Steve Spagnuolo around that time
Smitty is just a good ''Ranch herder'' (He doesn't even call the plays) this team is starting to remind
me of the early 00 Buccs when they had Dungy we have good pieces to be a championship team we
just don't have the right mentally head coach that will come in and emotionally test players to get
them to play up to their full potential.

I don't think this team has the pieces to be a championship team. This defense is gonna be one of the 5-10 worst in the league brehs. @Sly Cookin I hope I'm wrong but I'm just going off what I see
Smitty has done a good job for us and will go out with some dignity but this team looks physically overmatched and slow. And what's even more troubling is that this HOU team was fukkin TERRIBLE last yr and they're physically dominating us. This is an 8-8 team AT BEST brehs

I was discouraged by what I saw from our defense. Doing that same bullshyt from last year, no QB pressure, then playing 7-9 yards off the receiver.

If Camrimi can get healthy and contribute we might eek out 8-8. Smitty should be concerned knowing that Harbaugh might be available soon.
