Had an attempted break-in several years back at my apartment. I heard a knock on my door one late evening, but didn't answer it. A few minutes later, I hear something at my window: this fool is trying to remove my window screen to climb in (window's open). I guess he thinks I'm not at home, since I'm not parked in my assigned spot.
I could see through the blinds/curtains as there's outside lighting, but he couldn't see in (dark room minus TV on). Rather than
(dude had flashlight in mouth), I eased over to the window and jerked the blinds open. It's like he saw a ghost and bolted like sprinter into the dark. 
Other than that, it's been trouble-free in hickville...

There was an individual following behind my wife in an outlet mall in vegas. Some scraggly looking individual who appeared filthy. Her purse was mildly open and she was walking around like ladee da. When people stand close to me i tend to inquire what they're doing so as we're walking i sense this individuals presence and i turn to him because i can see him following a footstep behind my lady eyeing her purse instead of eyeing me eyeing him out the corner of my eye. I told my girl to stop, and we stood in place. This thief looked flustered having to walk past us and pretend to be interested in some booth that was in front of us. We walked past him and again, he followed us. Once he got within arms reach, i turned to him and i said *i know what you're doing beat it* He turned red and went in the Other direction.
i had a chain with a nice lil piece on it...got it from my uncle, he had it on when he got killed...I only wore it a few times...last time I remember wearing it was at my homegirls funeral in 10...
fastfoward the cable ppl came to the crib...the modem n shyt is in my room...so im sittin on the couch in the front sleep n shyt while buddy working on whatever....I used to keep the chain in my drawer, sometimes on the dresser....idk if he took it but prolly a few weeks later I noticed it was gone...I tried to block dat shyt out like "nawwww dat aint happen, I just lost it somewhere in my junky ass room"
I finally decided to look for it and I tore that room up.....gone.....and my mama said that a bracelet was missing from her a drawer in a room....idk who coulda took it....but dat shyt hurt a nikka cause that was my uncle shyt and it that was pretty much the only physical possession of his that I had
as far as a nikka running down on me........

Once back on Father's Day '01 living at home some crackhead broke into all the cars. My sister was visiting and noticed a shadow on one of the cars from the kitchen window.
We like "nah, it's just the trees".
She's like "no, there is someone in that car."
My dad and brother go outside and sure enough there was a crackhead. He ripped up the dashboard in my brother's car and tossed some extra groceries left in my mom's car.
Dad went into military mode and put some crazy ass wrestling chokehold on dude.
Had him pleading that someone sent him (which of course was bullshyt) all the while my mom and brother taking turns hitting him with an aluminum bat until the cops came.
I just stood there watching like

Only other time is when my car got broken into New Years morning last year. I don't keep shyt worthwhile in it though.
They got nothing.
I got a bent up center console and busted back window.

yes i have and it hurt my heart and i felt naked. the stole a tv i stole from rent a center it was a 60 inch and had h ad it for bout 6 yrs , they stole clothes , dresses of mines my fake lv boots, took food out the freezer or fixed them something to eat one, i had food missing. my kids came home from school and discovered the house was broken into and called me at work. they was playing csi too, cuz they call theyself following the footprints in the mud and contaminated the whole scene. but i was devasted.or had your house burgled This is a spin off to that thread of the DJ being robbed in day light (video below)

THE WORST robberies are those split moments you get caught slipping, if a man approaches you, thats cool you are in fight mode you can rock to the death of you but those one's were a nikka creeps up behind you (like that video) are the WORST.
It takes your body a good few seconds to realize whats going on
Robbing story one
the one time in my life that I got robbed, we were set up by this chick my homeboy was fukking with at the time. That was 2007 when the first iphone came out, I was still on that young and showing off shyt whenever my pops got me a new gadget I'd go around town stunting i always made sure i had the freshest shyt to show off like an idiot
anyway the day in question this chick and my homeboy and i were chilling in this west indian food spot and she was acting all weird, we were finna go but she was all 'wait just wait a second' so we were like cool anyway we turn our backs for a second and in that split second from behind two nikkas yank my new iphone out of my hand and yank my boys chain off his neck
this literally happened in a split second it took me and my home boy a good two seconds to realize what had just happened immediately we ran after them
it turnt into some next chase and they got in a car
I won't go into the rest of the story because this is the fukking internet but just know we got our shyt back by other means
lil nikkas ran up in that girls crib and robbed all her shyt taught her a lesson..... but it wasn't from us tho we never knew nothing I SWEAR
Robbery story two
My lil brother is 16 now but when he was 12 he came back from church real life with NO jacket NO sneakers NO phone. I was 21 at the time. I was like 'the fukk happened to your shyt' he said some '6 big guys' robbed him.
That day was crazy
put on my clothes on called my two homeboys and walked around the hood looking for those nikkas that robbed my brother
didn't find them but he said he knew the little brother of one of them in passing
the rest is history

In my first apartment i must have gotten burgled about 3 times, I knew for a fact it was a neighbour watching my schedule.

Very Ironic because JUST TODAY my lil brother got robbed AGAIN for his blackberryI think because he is quite skinny he is a target. I'm not going to go back to my parents area till this weekend either

then there was the time a nikka tried to jack me for my 91 honda accord and this was 2007. he beat me up gave me a nice shiner but i fukked up and cut him up with a coffee cup, and thats how he got caught cuz he needed medical attention afterwards. police told me he ended up with 50 staples and all i had was a black eye for a few days so it was worth fighting for my car.
