I hear ya. But it's clear that Kendrick wants to be an intellectual rapper. And I'm saying, compared to other intellectual rappers, particularly the great ones, Kendrick falls way short.

Comparing Lil B to other comedic rappers, he's one of the best of all time.

Comparing Rocky to other fly fashion-centered rappers, he's one of the best of all time.

What's Kendrick?
Why all them details given to ur favorite rapper

Comparing rocky to other materialistic rappers..he soo far down the list
Comparing Kdot to other intellectual rappers he's high on the list

I never listened to Kool Keith but I am an unashamed Lil B stan.... when I first heard Kool Keith I gained a much bigger understanding of Lil B

Rap right now is paralyzed with the fear of conformity. nikkas are scared to death of not fitting in. Dudes like Kool Keith and Lil B work to show that it's OK and even better to do what you want, regardless of what others think.

I never really rocked with ASAP Rocky though. His flow is weak like Angela Yee's thoughts. When he raps it sounds like he doesnt want to be there. Like he is just messing around. I dont like that.

:what:

INFLUENCED BY HOUSTON, HEAR IT IN MY MUSIC
A TRILL nikka TO THE TRUEST, SHOW YOU HOW TO DO THIS!

how in the hell is that "weak flow"?

I think there are other great rappers but i agree with OP. Tyler, The Creator, is better than 95% of rappers out. Concise, creative, and a real voice of young people. I think he fits your definition of great rapper @SirBiatch

Lil B is garbage juice as a rapper... He has a cute lil cult following but his career is one long running joke... He made funny lil catchy songs and videos but then when it's time to make an to make a album he abandons all that shyt and tries to make a. Real" rap album called "I'm gay" :heh:

I like some of ASAP shyt... But as far as knowing what he wants to do he seems very confused. He came out with whole Southern H town screwed up style which made him unique but it was just weird and felt like a facade. Especially when you mix in all that fashion Killa bullshyt and calling himself pretty all the time. He just seems to be all style and little substance. I mean he raps about getting fukked up and name dropping a bunch of fashion brands.. .

The point being is that neither one of them cats rap about any real shyt. Which is cool for some people and I no issue with it. I like my dose of ignorant rap shyt Future, 2 Chainz... But you giving props to these cats while shytting on J. Cole and Kendrick?? :dwillhuh:
based god career a joke..but he is givin lectures at some of the most prestigious colleges in america..nyu...mit...ucla..the tiny pants regime only gets stronger...

Asap Rocky doesn't transcend any artistic influences ...his just a mash-up of various influences (Dj screw/UGK/Bone Thugs/Kanye) ..."your views from the 6 are contrived like euro-centric art snobs" ...Not sure if you a :troll: or a hipster who wants to be a special twinky ..

Musically lil b has no foundation no narrative no clue

Asap is nothing more than a kanye west descendent with a interesting musical surface

Lil b only influences idiots that are different or want to be different

Asap influences idiots that dress different or want to dress different

Kendrick Cole and drake all have foundation a purpose and a musical narrative...
Yes their not as great as their predecessors so what their great to their followers and generation and their input is a hell of a lot more important and informative musically.

He sounds a little more awake on those, but eh. Hes still wack to me. Digging up 6 month old threads to argue about it won't change that :artumad:

cute response. Sounds like you're too lazy (sleepy? :troll:) to give this much thought so I'll have to disregard your half-baked opinion.

I think there are other great rappers but i agree with OP. Tyler, The Creator, is better than 95% of rappers out. Concise, creative, and a real voice of young people. I think he fits your definition of great rapper @SirBiatch

honestly, I'm not a fan of Tyler the Creator and his sound. With that said, Odd Future (Tyler in particular) changed the fukking game. From what I remember, they pretty much killed ringtone rap and brought raw creativity back into the game. I didn't like their angle, and I thought most of it was juvenile, corny shock jock stuff, but at least they bust out the mold doing them.

@SirBiatch took posting here seriously at one point and now he's just :troll:ing heavy with these threads

:russ: I still post serious threads, what you mean? Even my troll shyt is about serious shyt.

Can you name a thread I made that was 100% :troll:
