I saw the movie one time and it made a ton of claims with no substantiation...to expect me to be able to answer that question right after getting out of the movie is ridiculous. But as I said my biggest gripe is the movie’s bias against Europeans. I’m by no means a defender of white supremacy but we can’t front like Africans didn’t invade Europe multiple times and rape and pillage too.

He should have stopped after Hidden Colors 3. There was nothing else they could really touch on. He should do more projects like 1804 where they go in depth with specific events.

Well if you look at the end result, how many European countries control Africa countries? I can't say the number of pillaging Africans did in Europe is equal to the damage of Europeans pillaging Africa. I assume its not a equal side by side comparison.

This is by no means a comprehensive review but I have to say that I felt it started off strong but became repetitive as the same 5 speakers rambled off their opinions to random subjects such as: Sex, Vaccines, History, Music, and etc. Towards the tail end of the movie it just got really random and subjects would change from 2Pac to Minstrel Shows to Vaccines from scene to scene...the film kinda lost itself a bit.

Overall the production quality was great and I’m proud to see such an awesome event put on for and by the FBA/ADOS community. The most annoying gripe my lady I had is that the film overly demonized the Europeans and oversanctIfied us Africans. It presented the Europeans as cannibalistic, murderous, rapist pedophiles and the Africans as angelic beings who never did anything wrong and are just trying to cope with the savagery. I think the bias made the doc lose credibility to me but I will support it and still buy it on film because us having the ability to produce our own stories is important.

I give Tariq an A for it but it suffers from what a lot of his live broadcasts suffer from, sometimes the shyt just be reaching. They make some serious reaches here that devalue a lot of the good info that was conveyed.

Propaganda in our (black people’s) favor. Nothing wrong with that. Others do it all the time on a massive scale too.

The bias against Europeans would be a natural side effect of making any documentary about our history.

Also there's WAY more evidence of Europeans "raping and pillaging" in Africa than the other way around.

The thing is that Europe’s actions in the past 700 years are so heinous that you can just comment on that and prove your point. But when you start saying that they love fukking animals and kids and that they love eating Black people it gets made suspect. It may or may not be true but it was totally unsubstantiated which IMO hurts the credibility of a lot of the historically documented points.
