I pre-ordered the DVD. You are within your right to critique the film. You also have the right to cross reference anything stated in the film.

I think Tariq's main focus is for Black people to research and learn about their history because the dominant society will not teach you about yourself as accurate as you could.

If you do decide to cross reference and can find any substantial evidence that any of his information is inaccurate, then by all means, share your findings or better yet, hit up Tariq and see what he says...

I am concerned about what may happen to the breh when he puts out Buck Breaking..

The most annoying gripe my lady I had is that the film overly demonized the Europeans and oversanctIfied us Africans. It presented the Europeans as cannibalistic, murderous, rapist pedophiles and the Africans as angelic beings who never did anything wrong and are just trying to cope with the savagery

The thing is that Europe’s actions in the past 700 years are so heinous that you can just comment on that and prove your point. But when you start saying that they love fukking animals and kids and that they love eating Black people it gets made suspect. It may or may not be true but it was totally unsubstantiated which IMO hurts the credibility of a lot of the historically documented points.

Nope, not at all. I’m just an intellectual and so I like the facts. When you make it look like African people never fought, never had disagreements, never warred, never has pedos, rapist, murderers or etc you do everyone a disservice IMO. It’s basically doing what we are mad at Europeans for doing. Has Europe done a bunch of savagery? Absolutely. Is White supremacy something that needs to be destroyed? Absolutely. But none of that requires us to lie about our history.

I've always hated ancient world history before audio/video was developed, cause there's too much made up crap that's very biased but what can you do.
