I've never heard of it, but I also don't know what they're citing to. It does not seem logical that something of that sensitivity level would be released to the public if it is true however. That is something that would be jumped on by regimes that hate the US.

Semblances of democracy exist in Nigeria but I'd rather live in a democracy than in a dictatorship in all circumstances. Philosopher kings do not exist. Living under a dictatorship is akin to making yourself a slave to the whims of another. At least in a functioning democracy, you have rights and some say about how you want to live your life. You also lessen the chances that you'll be under the sway of a despot who despises your ethnicity
