This is rarely enforced outside of urban areas. I live just outside of Hobokenthis alone fixes blind-spots for pedestrians and oncoming vehicles
vans and delivery trucks parked right at the curb makes it impossible to see whose about to step off the curb or if a car is moving.
and plus, Hoboken is a yuppie village-city where there's little instinctive to drive.

A place near Irvine, CA has had zero deaths for like 10 fukking years. And its more populated. Naperville, IL is the second largest city in IL and they've done it. Far more than 60k people of Hoboken.
