You got to drop them pounds bruh. Being overweight is depressing if you don't have a lot of money. I've been on somewhat a rollercoaster ride. 2010/11 I was flabby, broke up with my girl and hit the gym in 2012. 2012 was the best year of my life. Took a nightshift job in 2013 and got back somewhat flabby. I'm back working out, i'm close to my 2012 self.

Cut back on meat, sugar and carbs. Take daily fiber pills to help with bowel movements. Count calories.

I've been there bruh. Best thing I can tell you is to wake up. I went through it and realized how much life had passed that I missed out on.

Rule of thumb is start putting in a lot of effort. Thankfully, a bunch of my friends moved back into town after college and it's given me an opportunity to move on. Some things are temporary, just make sure your character is intact and all should be fine.

I was/am in the same position. In 2012 I was in the best shape of my life.
Not working out literally made me feel :flabbynsick: all day. The idea of drinking a soda was like :whoa:
Had a good job, my own place and everything.
Then I lost my job, had to move back in with my fam and got hella depressed.
Went back to drugs and put on way too much weight.
I just need to get my shyt together.
