I moved back into my hometown and welcomed my vices(drugs) a little too much.
I remember when I came back home I said to myself "I'm not going to go down that road again"
Within 2 weeks I went to my friends house and got so drunk they had to carry me to my house. Woke up with my vomit all over me.
a few weeks after that I got drunk again and started doing blow.
I was unemployed and had way too much free time on my hands so I would regularly drink, smoke weed, and snort cocaine.
To the point where being sober was unbearable to me.
Started fukking with Vicodin and just let myself go. A combo of unemployment checks and food stamps had a nikka eating good (well bad I guess :to:)

I work nights, so I'm always eating late. I just whipped up a few streamed shrimp with a little butter and season and asparagus. You have to eat fresh vegetable when you're hungry.

I literally know everything I need to do to get back in shape because I already did it but I keep delaying the process.
I tell myself "meh I'll start on monday" or "meh I'll start at the beginning of the month" I need to shut the fukk up and just do it.
