Building a satellite campus has nothing to do with already having the market. Texas and A&M dominates every market in the state. This has nothing to do with Tom Herman and the Houston program. Does the University of Houston add more eyeballs for the conference in the Houston market? No, it does not.

Tom Herman's success in Houston in those 2 years put everyone on notice.
