How do you like your eggs? How do you cook em?

I like scrambled, over easy and omelette.

Scrambled: 4 eggs, teaspoon of butter in pan, garlic salt and pepper.
Over easy: cooking spray, 3 eggs, pepper.
Omelette: 4 eggs, spray, green onions, mushroom, tomatoes, green peppers.

if you cooking your eggs on high heat, u need to stay the fukk out the kitchen.

Omelette like? Avocado oil in the pan, two eggs beat well, salt and pepper. Pour the eggs in the pan like a big ass pancake and add baby spinach on top. Let it cook and flip it on the other side to cook some more, fold in half and serve.

Pro tip:

For scrambled eggs, never use milk.
whisk those eggs until bubbly and frothy (about a minute)

Cook them at medium temp
