I took one look at that screenshot because although Black ppl at times engage in certain aspects of barbarism, I've never in my life heard of a "Black cannibal gang".

It's a shame really. Even then it's a few gang members that do it as a form intimidation. You can go to any reddit and find this form of intimidation done by gang members worldwide. At least Bukele said he saw these types of videos in his own countries. Haitians are not cannibals. Just pure misinformation.
