I'm talking about Felony charges. They told me that employers are usually understanding about the gun charges and drug charges but when they ask about assault charges things get complicated. What kind of jobs are there that are "Felony friendly" ?

You’d really have to network. Usually manual labor is a good choice.

Try trades as well, but a lot of that comes down to networking. They can pull it off tho.

On another note I knew a breh who did like 20+ years in San Quinten who I went to college with. He was studying to be a sociology professor or something, but he’s def a one off.

Also, be honest at the interview. They may just cut you a break if your qualifications are good enough despite the record.​
