Insanity. You're not beating the SEC on something like this, and it's so easy for them to track shyt like this and flag transactions that look too suspicious.

yeah, like that numbskull all of a sudden knew to go all-in on a company and it just so happens to get acquired by big oil. it's so blatantly obvious.

but then again, he's doing the same shyt these politicians been doing, cuz there's rampant insider trading by senators and congressmen in washington dc.

you think they would ever find out if she kept her mouth shut after he confessed to her?

Yes they would have, because the shares were probably in his name. Not only that but they look for suspicious transactions like a bunch of purchases before a sale or merger and a bunch of sales after the sale or merger. He also would have likely received documentation to show his gains which would probably have his social security number on it.

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
yall keep saying the wife knew are dumbasses.

Why would she risk a six figure income for $1.8 million? The risks simply doesn’t outweigh the reward, especially after it gets taxed.

The Husband was probably jealous, and neglected that his wife put her job before him, and she probably made more money as well.

So he does something to one up her knowing it was stupid. He panicked when it actually worked and told her.

He betrayed her trust, and put her career and freedom in jealousy. So of course she told her job immediately. Why? Because is there was an investigation months or years down the road, she would look like she did or cosigned what he did. Credibility shot, and she would face punishment as well.
