Insanity. You're not beating the SEC on something like this, and it's so easy for them to track shyt like this and flag transactions that look too suspicious.
They don't actively track shyt like this themselves. They rely on Banks self reporting. I work in Wealth Management, Trade Ops & Regulations. We're supposed to delcare our investment accounts and/or make note of our spouses/direct family member's account.... there's a lot of room for fukkery to occur.

Hubsand only got caught because the wife snitched. She was probably looking for a way out of her marriage and her job, then found out about his other accounts. Also, any bank would've fired her, because her marriage is risk. She's probably also getting a bounty for reporting duke.

Nasty but genius work on her part.

I certainly wouldn't go about it kike this guy. But now that I think about it, his wife most likely had stock in the company. They would have been up.
