Anybody here a HVAC tech? I'm getting classes starting this fall, if anyone has advise on that career path chime in.

Our parents generation were conditioned into going to college and getting white collar jobs; this has created a massive need for blue collar professionals. All of the cats I know who are general contractors, electricians, welders... they make serious bank



One problem I see with blue collar work is injury on the job... If you get injured, there goes your job.... Say if you fracture or break your femur or pelvis, those types of injury take a year to two to even be 80% functional... in the meantime, no money....

yep, my cousin is an electrician and he's making $$$. plus he is going to an advance trade school for panel system.
i might look into a trade when I finish my degree and if i can't land a job in my field of study.
