-Corporate welfare: Over 56 trillion blown in the fukking wind and nobody calls these a$$holes on it because we're cowards and have been conditioned to blame the poor and accept the powerful economically raping people.
"I hate welfare." Did you know that the amount of corporate welfare that goes to private jets could completely fund food for the impoverished yearly.

People need some level of sport to remain healthy. Otherwise you have a large group of with nothing to do which can also lead to trouble.

I'd make living in prison more painful. Don't know if that would be much of a deterrent.
Set a limit for how much one can be paid to an entertainer. Be it, music, acting, art, sport...
Make the salaries of nurses, teachers, civil servants higher. They provide a vital service and aren't paid enough.
I'd make having a fair level of medical and legal knowledge mandatory for everyone.

I would just do a complete overhaul of the education system. Throw it out completely and start from scratch. Most of the problems people have with the law/contracts/business are due to dumbasses not reading or comprehending the situation.
