I guess players dont mind giving up money when it's convenient
A few hours ago Woj was the devil to Lakers fans.

Without Kemba they’re damn near a luxury tax team for a squad that’s gonna win 15 games and then pick 5th. At least Kemba gives you a reason to still care. In the long run they’ll lose more money letting Kemba go and trying to convince anyone in that area to watch their games. Imagine being in Charlotte and watching a commercial talking about “come watch PJ Washington, Miles Bridges and the Charlotte Hornets! Tickets still available!” The biggest attraction that team will have for a minimum 2 years is their owner. I get not wanting to spend the luxury tax but then that’s some shyt MJ and Mitch shoulda thought of before they paid Marvin Williams, Cody Zeller, etc.So, you want the Hornets to go into the luxury tax for a team that missed the playoffs?

Of course he did. The whole idea of AD not waiving it and handicapping his own team and oh no now the Lakers only have 23 mil cause they fukked up...was always aAd waived it![]()
talking point for clicks and to create content for these talking heads to ramble about.Who said he gave up money? Klutch could've found a way to circumvent the cap.
Then as much as we love Jordan, he cannot own an NBA team. He just can’t.MJ doesn't want to pay that money.
