I lived with my Mom up until 23 and decided I had enough. I moved back to NOLA, where tho I had family I still was on the verge of homelessness. Worked my ass off to get an apartment within six months and got two jobs to supplement myself.

You went to NYC, couldn't make it, BUT didn't try. My nikka you have no room. People said I'll be back within three months of my move and I'm still HERE three years later.

Only reason I'm moving is due to crime and lack of opportunities.

The CDL you want nikka I HAVE.

That apartment you act like you too good for I HAVE.

Employment I HAVE.

My parents enjoy my company. They know that I'm not lazy. I always for the most part either held a job or 2 while perfecting my craft. Always bought my own food, paid my car note and bills. Never asked for a dime. Anyways They love my company BTW...y'all can hit me with all the basement jokes but its not what y'all idiots think. They're excited I'm back home. I do chores and perform my janitorial duties with both pride and passion.

I got a big room. My parents got a nice house. Real estate is so cheap here, u can nice houses. The basement is finished with carpet. They told me that I could turn it into an apartment If i want.

But yeah man. This shyt is actually kinda dope. I got a big ass desk with my laptop and drawing tablet. I got a big comfortable bed. I'm enjoying my stay here. I eat good food everyday. Drinking cold beverages, pumping this best of Barry White mixtape tape. My whip is paid off, i bang its going down by fab riding around the city. I go to the lake and chill and enjoy the weather

Life is good. No bills, no responsibility, no drama, no kids, no relationship drama. Just wake up and live. That's how life is suppose to be. I tried to do it the other way and u know what? it fukking sucked. All i did was take L's and get a foot up my ass. Was depressed all the time.

Ill just go the rest of my life without a romantic partnership if that means I can avoid the pitfalls that might accompany it. fukk it. life is too short for all the stress with these imaginary benchmarks.

my dad died almost a year ago and i spend like 2 nights, 3 days going back and forth from my moms crib to work...the other days is with my wife...i understand that appreciation my mom is always talking to wifey trying to thank her for her letting me spend time and we're both like I go there on my own lol and my uncle goes the other days...

shyt is just sad because my pops was significant in the military because of his skin color and he got shot 9 times in vietnam, survived, and ended up dying in 2016 because of cancer from Agent Orange

shyt was crushing and depressing, and he named me head of state in his will because my mom doesnt really know how to handle money except basic bills and my brother is a jailbird

just got all the va checks and government checks in my moms name....and....202,000 settlement for the agent orange that killed my pops about to go in my bank account in 1-2 years

202 grand for my dads life breh...when he got popped 9 times, assassinated politicians, and got sprayed up with agent orange
