I don't think certain cultures having higher standards of success than others is the prime determinant. I think socioeconomic status of identifiable groups is a pretty complex thing that can't be reduced to culture influence. I don't know a lot about this so I can't speak with authority, but I suspect immigration plays a strong role in this. Indians coming to North America are probably a pretty successful and driven segment of their population.

Are you saying the programs in place created by the USA government went too far over board when assisting with "federal loans" and "federal grants"
Last but not least, im not sure if you're American. But, who pray tale pays for all these programs that the Federal Government has in place for immigrants?

i live in silver spring. they dont be deep hes lying. 4-5 people is an average family. mom,dad,2-3 children and a grandparent. they just save up. do you guys know that the average indian wedding is like 60k?
