How so? If you go college for art why be in debt when you are literally taught that art is subjective. You have to conform to the styles and form of each teacher. You can gain a following on social media.
There's no absolute formula in any creative field.

Why do people think STEM and art are the ONLY options?


Every time someone brings this point up they say shyt like "art" and "film" like there's nothing else there

1. It Looks good on resume
2. Employers look for level of education
3.Most likely won't be considered for a position without a college degree
4. No college degree= low income

That's true. I'm almost done but man I feel like some fields should have to require certs...

You really don't need college for most majors. With the internet, you can showcase and advertise your skills and talents to the world.

You can reach almost anyone nowadays. If your work is good, people will seek you out.
