I honestly think someone injected him with AIDS or he had sex with a dude. It's SUPER hard for a man to catch HIV from a woman. The "gay mafia" pushed that because when HIV first hit people were shunning the hell outta gays and they started showing up to Yankee's games holding up signs saying straight people could get it too. There aren't many cases of men catching HIV from women and when different studies come out and say it, they lose state and/or federal funding.

I worked at a clinic in a mostly black area and I seen alot of pregnant women come in there with their boyfriends pregnant and find out she has HIV but the dude that got them pregnant doesn't have it. I actually only seen gay dudes getting diagnosed and the ones that claimed they were straight were obviously DL niccas.

Conversely, if a man is the carrier of HIV, he would have to ejaculate (or though pre-cum) to infect her.
