I've never really understood how it was harder for men to get HIV from women than vice versa. If you're having sex with a woman vaginally and it's unprotected, you're exposed to her vaginal secretions the WHOLE time. Conversely, if a man is the carrier of HIV, he would have to ejaculate (or though pre-cum) to infect her.

I think its transferred through blood. So vaginal sex does not expose you to blood but Anal sex can due to tears in the anal muscle. But like ol boy said, if you have anal with a girl you have the same risk.

The needle theory makes more sense. Think about it, wy would Easy fukk a prositute that Dre paid for when they are beefin'? The only way for this to have been true is if Dre set Easy up waaay before leaving Ruthless records, when they were cool with each other. I also don't think Dre had the heart to do that.

I believe the theory of Easy gettin stuck by a needle while nikkas were jumping him. His adrenalin was probably pumping and he definitely wouldn't have noticed a needle prick during a jumping.
