A Villa Straylight.
I promise I'm not high, I'm just doing math homework.

I was thinking about this. Shout out to the brotha @aXiom for sparking this.

Are we living in a prison? Is freedom, truly and totally a thing? (I mean pure an unbridled freedom?) and if so where would one find freedom.

@Prynce I feel this is something we'd talk about if we ever met.

Society is a prison of the mind, soul, and body sometimes. Which is why people find liberation through art, music, and culture.

Thier is NOTHING liberating about art...music and culture...

If you are struggling to earn a living off of it.....

Because ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL owns your INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY therefore causing you to compromise your Creative Freedom

AS much as I agree with you, we have to let the essence of the art, music and culture guide us to a higher path through wisdom, knowledge, and understanding instead of letting it become hallow and soulles through capitalism. Which corrputs everyrthing.

You can't truly own art. Only the artists and true creators of it can boast their accomplishments.

Corproate cac smucks like Lyor will never be truly down in this culture. Cause they don't have the soul in them.

But the mind and body are prisons, too.
Indeed.
Our minds our imprisoned in our bodies.
We are prisoners in our own bodies.
The rules and mores of society create a more indepth prison, where even though our mobility is fully aware and actualized, our own pursuits of freedom our hindered by the manifestations of the physical in the non-physical.

We think about the rose that grew out of concrete.
The rose represents the person and actualized human being, fully capable of enjoying themselves and realizing their potential and not held back by anything.
The concrete represents the forces trying to hold the rose back from growing.
Classism
Sexism
Racism
Greed
Gluttony
Lust
Temptation
Drugs
Crime
Violence

To rise from this, is to realize what makes one special and unique.
