To me it seems like McCombs is saying that Strong isnt good enough to be UT's head coach like he aint earned his stripes to get it. shyt he said he didnt even deserve a coordinator position, he'd be better suited as a position coach. Call me sensitive or insecure but that rubbed me the wrong way

He shoul have just came out and said I don't think a ****** should be the coach of the UT. C'mon breh you may be white so you don't understand how ya people be, but we know all well and good. We gotta work twice as hard to be recognized as half as great.
he doesnt have to like the hire. no need to shyt on the dudes accomplishments to this point and say he might be fit to be a position coach though. why wouldnt he just say "i think there were better coaches out there" or something of that ilk instead of saying he would be a nice fit at the bottom of the coaching totem poll. im sure if you were hired on somewhere in a management position, if you had several years as a top manager at another place, youd have no issue with people that have a large say in what that company does saying youd be a better fit as a janitor or a delivery guy or some shyt
