Nah, everyone and their momma said Dre fell off from 96-99,basically after leaving Death Row. Whether the Aftermath compilation, Firm album, Zoom single, that horrible song with Ras Kass, that supergay cut on It Was Written...Dre suffered multiple letdowns

Aftermath album had some bangers and the firm album fiasco was a bad idea from the start. Dre is at his best with new artists he has created
