Just clogged my girls toilet.. Help me

I'm in the bathroom & there's no plunger in here

I took a huge shyt, didn't even use toilet paper yet

The toilets full of water with some of my shyt floating at the top

What do I do

you need something to create pressure to push everything down the toilet. the shyt in the toilet is probably at a point where you cant even grab it anyway.
