It may...it depends on how deep the clog is..you need a wire hanger to stick down there...that would help more...

Worst case scenario...you take the shyt out of the toilet with your hand and break it up yourself and then put it back in and flush it...if not, tell your girl and man up

If you're going to pour water, it should be warm to hot water to help break it up. But really, i would just ask for the plunger at this point. Most people don;t keep their plungers in the bathroom for obvious reasons.
