Kap actually shoudve seen that matchup. You take that to VD one on one and he gets the PI call instead of forcing it to the right with three fkn defenders in the area

Yeah, he should've seen the VD matchup off the line. The one thing I'll say though is the off safety is reading his eyes, so if Kaep stares down VD that other safety comes over.

from all-22, that bethea pick was all on bethea. was watching the qb, hustled to the route and jumped in front for a hard-earned pick. cant even fault the saints offense for that pick, except brees couldve prolly put a bit less on air on the ball, but I dont think anyone expected bethea to play it that well

True but if he just scans a little to the left he could see it. Kap major fault is he locks on his first read sometimes because he trusts what he see's from the defense pre snap. He's been better but he still needs work. Brady or Manning makes that play and so can Kap if he puts it all together

I guess better question is why with the game on the line we running vd deep and having two options on hi/lo on the same sideline
its not really a situation where you just go and 'take a shot' at VD. cant really fault kaep that much not looking at VD either since he seems like a long 3rd option here, in a very 'get the first down NOW' situation

While he made some good moves, he also made some bad ones, and his bad moves from previous years have had a lot to do with some of the teams issues in the first place.
the universe seems to be conspiring in the favor of the cardinals...you guys have terrible injuries and we had 16 guys on the injury report and lost mebane too which is a hit to the best part of our D this year which is against the running game. the gods want the cardinals to win the division and be able to have home field in the super bowl potentially.

But Mid-Season awards (9 games in awards)
Offensive MVP: Colin Kaepernick: The most reliable, consistent player on offense. Runner-up Boldin
Defensive MVP: Antione Bathea: By far the guy playing at the highest level on that side of the ball.
Rookie MVP: Aaron Lynch: Has stepped up in a big way, being the only viable pass rusher in the LB corps
Best Moment: 4th & 10 51 yard pass to Crabtree vs. NO
Worst Moment: 3rd and goal, QB sneak fumble vs. St. Louis
Biggest Surprise: Stevie Johnson making plays almost whenever he is called upon
Biggest disappointment: The offensive line

Nah, a B.
He has done a lot to keep this team together through all the turmoil and changes.
He is also a part of the early issues with letting up leads and some of his challenges been iffy as fukk too.
We have 2 inexcusable losses and those have a lot to do with him not setting Roman straight at times.
eh..thats possible indeed...but i still have a hard time believing we won't get 2 teams in. i said earlier that i dont expect much of a fall-off from carson to stanton but if their luck in some games start to run dry and we both clean up on them in games against them then the cards may drop
