The San Francisco 49ers and New York Giants each released their first practice participation reports for Week 11, and there is some notable news on the 49ers side of things. Tramaine Brock did not practice on Wednesday due to a hamstring injury, and Eric Branch is reporting Brock is expected to miss Sunday's game. Brock returned from a toe injury in Week 7, and then after sitting out Week 9, returned in Week 10. He played in a limited role on Sunday, but apparently he could not get away healthy. There is no word on how much longer the injury might last, but in the meantime, it means more sub-package playing time for Dontae Johnson.

Aldon better bring his A game on Sunday cause Ward is injured and wont play against the Giants. If Eli has time he's gonna feast on us.

Let's say he did come back - would he be as effective as a Wilhoite anyway?
I think he and Borland will get better each week, and will eventually become two of the more productive LBs in the league.

Let's just hope that neither of them goes down, otehwise, the Niners are fukked.

Brehs we gonna have an entire season without our 2 all pro LBs and missing Aldon for most of it. With the other injuries. How do we even have a winning record? And frankly we probably should have won 2 or 3 games.

However, Kaepernick is tied with Colt Andrew Luck for the league lead in having his passes dropped with 25 according to pro football focus.com.

there just being cautious, i think they were hoping for late nov but thats not happening now, maybe late dec

no reason to rush him, defense is doing fine, aldon is the most important player on this defense, nobody can replace him
