Their defense is ass, and they've basically quit on Coughlin.
If the O gets some rhythm early we should be fine
so bowman basically is an extremely long shot to come back this year at all

sucks, but this is a "shaky" season, no need to rush back to a team that's in the race, but not really primed for a run.so bowman basically is an extremely long shot to come back this year at all

well borland has played pretty damn well for a rookie 3rd rounder, wilhoite has been decent,
I think the defense has done an admirable job being without aldon, bowman, pat, dorsey, brock for majority of the year.
so I cant say we 'werent' prepared for this. Ive seen better defenses crash down to earth when only a couple of guys would get injured. statistically we're #3 D in yards, which is amazing given our losses, and we've only allowed one 300+ yard passing performance (to peyton in denver)
True, just wish we had someone besides Wilhoite ready to step in, cause if he goes down WTF we working with? I Guess that could've been Borland too?
Aldon coming back should be a real shot in the arm

Yeah, they never anticipated Willis going down, too. Boreland was the insurance plan for in case Whiloite didn't work out with Willis, but I don't think they envisioned being without both Bowman and Willis.
We'll know by Tuesday if Bowman is going to even attempt to play this year or not; Basically, if they don't activate him from the PUP list then, he won't play this season.

thats a good point, I wonder if people knew about Pat's problems before the season.
we only have one ILB after that which is Moody. but that is a downside to having two all-pros at ILB. a lot of teams dont even carry 4 ILBs since they dont play every down. we are one of the exceptions
hell, I thought picking borland in the third was a luxury.
