The most blame has to fall on Harbaugh, but he still has upside as a head coach...unless he's stubborn to the point of being detrimental to future of this team. I'm more than willing to wait and see him lead this team if he accepts the current offensive system doesn't work and he starts letting some people go.

Roman has shown this year that he's limited. He was given the reigns on pass plays and he couldn't handle that + being able to work with so many coaches. Now, do I wanna see how this offense looks with 5 less cooks and Roman in charge? fukk NO. Fatboy been suspect since before this season, he's a decent-to-good OC and we clearly need better.

Then the question is who the hell is out there that can do a better job than Roman? I know there's a hell of a lot worse out there, but I'm so tired of dude that I prefer taking a risk with a new guy.

Well the most explosive guy on that list you just named is the QB its not like he got beast mode or larry fitz malcolm floyd or tavon austin and kenny brit low key all our play makers are over the hill or not that great like sherman said mediocre at best.
