It aint 49ers fans in general, it's 3 people as you`ve stated.

Us 3 think your QB is a paper champion, but that's a fact more than it is an opinion.

I said three 49ers then I said some...there are other 49ers that hate on Manning as well.

but I :salute: Jplaya as one of your brethen to be man enough to admit why he acts like a bitter scorned ex towards Manning.

The 49ers aren’t moving quickly to impose potential discipline on defensive tackle Ray McDonald in the aftermath of his arrest Sunday for suspicion of felony domestic violence.

And the NFL won’t either.

On Wednesday, commissioner Roger Goodell said the NFL would let the legal process play out before potentially suspending McDonald, or any first offender, under the league’s enhanced personal-conduct policy.

“I think the first thing we have to do is let the process play out, get the facts, and make sure you understand all the circumstances,” Goodell told USA Today. “We don’t (know the facts) right now and we’re obviously following it very closely. But the policy will be applied uniformly across players, coaches, executives, commissioners. I think we made that very clear in the policy.”

you know they wouldnt let the so called legal process play out if there was a video similar to ray rices

It's fairly obvious they were going to take this route, and i`m glad they have.

Things do need to be investigated before you make people lose paychecks and time off their careers.

I also think that they've gathered enough information from Ray and the players who were there to come to the conclusion that he won't be formally charged.

Well as I take it, he has been charged.

It's not an allegation, now it's more about the trial than the charge.

hmmm maiocco says AD is doubtful for the game and I hear crabs and cully are likely to play but might not be fully 100% :patrice:

I think Cully would be the bigger issue. Crabs at less than 100% will still be more than effective against that Cowboys defense, plus we have a plethora of other receivers now...
Cully will likely be matched up against Dez; I'm expecting them to play the same coverage they played against CJ, so he'll have deep safety help... However, Dez isn't just a deep threat, so if Cully is less than 100% it'll show immediately.
