On another note just realized I'll be in phx the week we play them, I might have to add the 9ers game/tailgating to the itinerary for me and my line's reunion.

Good warmup for the real start of the season at Levi's. Thank god for Romo. OLine play was pretty shytty until the 4th quarter but that should get better as Boone and AD come back in the coming weeks. Really liked seeing Stevie getting some important catches and Hyde....I just don't wanna jynx him, but I'm pretty happy with how dude plays
Defense though
it seems it's gonna feel like a loooong wait until Aldon and NaVorro comeback. Some teams are gonna run a train over us and we are gonna get pissed as fukk.

kaep, boldin, and stevie did there thing
gore/hyde look like a good tandem
backup o-line held up ok, it will be nice to have martin and looney back at their roles as backups soon

dbs held up after losing starting corners
NEGATIVES
run defense was poor
pass rush was shaky
lemonier/skuta made no impact rushing the passer, do we really need both to be active on game days? neither are pass rushers
injuries to brock, culliver, and ward

skuta was the olb on base downs, he did a very good job imo- plus the strip fumble
lynch got a good amount of PT
brock was back out and cully just had a concussion, so he should be ava next week or after next week at very latest.
my biggest concerns so far is the line getting worked by meh dline and loss of bowman really hurts the run D

the squad did what they had to do to win the game. it wasn't pretty, especially in the 2nd half. but 1-0 is 1-0. just gotta keep grinding out wins and get these young guns up to speed at the same time

skuta did ok on base downs but he did rush the passer. i mean does this team need both lemonier/skuta active on game days? lemonier did nothing on passing downs
i think hes ok on run downs but passing downs is a major concern

for future imo lemon is designated pass rusher from left and lynch from right

I actually think lemon was checking in for brooks who had a game to forget
Dallas OL and their zone blocking scheme is real good that's prob 1 the best OL we'll. face this year ..but I thought we got pushed around a little too much..and Murray was finding a lot of lanes on the backside ...I would of liked to see Dial andTank get some PT i
