Id also add VD to negatives cuz he almost fukked up the TD catch and let another big gain hit him in the chest

on positive side, Bethea has shown he can hit as hard as Whitner without the penalties.

From what I saw in preseason and today, Dawson ain't looking too good either. Like I said in the game thread, dude looks like Akers in 12'.

the 9ers shutting the cowboys offense down was

i know romo played like shyt but i feel like they did a good job of getting to him early. bowman and aldon being gone really showed at times, especially bowman's sideline to sideline play making ability. the cowboys D is so i expected them to move the ball, but kaepernick made some good looking throws and frank is still killing em out there

Quick thoughts

- Dontate Johnson looked great
- Carlos Hyde, like I said before, is going to take Frank's job
- Colin looks great scanning the field and going through his reads
- Stevie Johnson is a nice addition
- The pass rush is still questionable, but Cowboy is that dude
- Great call by sitting Boone, and wow the o-line did pretty good as a patchwork effort
- As good as the win made me feel, I think Dallas is trash and that made it a lot easier.

i had an epiphany during the sf/dal game...i want to see the 9ers keep it close with the seahawks and/or vice versa in standings. we got 2 matchups in 3 weeks near the end of the year and i want to see you guys at full strength come then. the rivalry wouldnt be the same if either squad falls off..and id be amped when those games could be the difference in home field or not. splitting the season series and having a playoff game as the rubber match would be id probably have a heart attack but

obviously i want home field and would prefer it to be locked up, but id like to see you guys healthy and playing well by then..it wouldnt be as good otherwise

with that said..come the home stretch and our games together its still fukk u

btw fellas, even though the dalls dline is meh, I was still impressed by the right side oline's pass pro. left side had a few problems today (iupati and staley got beaten not just once), but right side was rock solid

hell a few weeks back I thought jmartin should be cut, now I think hes a pretty good backup tackle to have.

right, but I just dont understand it
for anyone who played any bit of football (any kind- pickup, pee-wee, etc) or even any sport where you catch things with hands....its absolutely obvious that you catch worse when you're in the air. if the ball is placed perfectly for you there is no reason whatsoever to leave the ground...its pretty much common sense. plus you can get rocked in football more easily when youre in the air (like kam did him two years back)
