The guy is going to get confirmed. The "gotcha" shxt feels good but its just posturing.

Its like doing a windmill dunk at the end of the game when youre down by 25 with a minute left in the 4th.

Him getting confirmed isn't the point. This is about exposing him and making it public record, with which Democrats could very well galvanize a historic turnout in the most important midterm election of our lives after the Republican Senate votes to confirm him. Not a fan of the Democrats, but they've played this masterfully. Trump is a symptom of the Republican party. Gettiing them out of office first should be the focus.
