Who else could? Porzingis? :mjlol:
If so y'all have seen a few putback dunks and crowned this man the savior
I love hating on the Knicks as much as the next man but KP is the only reason the Knicks look like they'd even touch 30 wins this year. He's arguably a better defender than KAT too.

Just on the general improvement of a team alone... I really wouldn't call the RoTY contest over by a long shot.
Bro....the historic part is straight from the headline of the article I posted......that ain't me, but that being said, at the moment his PER is one of the greatest PER for a rookie in history, that's where the historic part comes in.

The made up espn stat just accompanied the article, I put no stock in that.
PER over small sample sizes can make tons of players look "historic". Just a month ago people were saying that Jeremy Lamb > Harden because of PER. You want to dig up old stats you can find late season stretches from Andrea Bargnani that make him look like a real #1 overall pick.

PER and crammed numbers don't work.

But he's a really good player. Just not in a rush to crown people in December. Look at what happened to all the Brandon Jennings stans.

Porzingis>>>>>>Towns

Porzingis is a natural better scorer, better shooter, better 1vs1 defender and team defender.

Towns has been more quiet than anything after he met Jah on the court :mjpls:

Is that so?

He's played better since that game as evidenced by his 19/9/2 in December (after the Jah game) along with 55% FG shooting, 7-14 on threes, and 87% FT shooting including making 27 straight.

All while playing less minutes than Okafor all season long.

Well, we aren't picking all-stars based on what they might do over the course of a season, you have to pick all-stars based on what they do in the first half of a season and the entire point of the article is to drum up all-star game support.

And even if he maintains those numbers, he's not going to be an all-star in the west.

soooooo :manny:

Didn't even realize that 25/15/3 game was against Boston :mjlol: do they even have a center? :why:

Damn you know what they don't they have a bunch of PFs (Sullinger/Olynyk/I guess Zeller is the center)...That roster plays hard but it's not much talent on it.

You can tell there are about eight people on this board that actually watch Wolves game.

Coli always a month late on basketball opinions.. Prob believe Kobe still flabby n shyt. Towns is the clear ROY up to this point and is putting up amazing stats for a guy his age. Zingins is gonna be dope but he slumping and okafor :dead: not on a 1 win team when there are other rookies being major factors.

Detroit You bytch Ass nikka
KAT is literally playing 28mpg. Let that sink in for a minute breh's.

Dude literally licks down the paint, has the best touch around tge basket with either hand, already has the best face up game from the C position, and I damn near want to say that he is the most all around skilled offensively next to Boogie. Dude is a fukkin monster and I have not seen a rookie C with a better upside since Duncan.

Dude is looking like a for sure 25-13 future type of nikka. Not to mention 2-3 blocks and 3-4 ast. Don't be surprised if dude ends up in top 10 all time conversations by position. Y'all nikkas are really sleeping. If he was playing 35mpg his numbers would be on another level.
