nikka her father was a famous lawyer. She also started hanging out with Paris Hilton before dating any of them and started getting noticed. Then the sextape came and people wanted to see it just because who her father was. She then started dating Reggie and that got sports fans “ a lot of men, white men) and the females that wanna trap athletes to get interest in her.

White men lusted over her ass just as much as black men did. Cac’s would make entire boards dedicated to her :heh:

:comeon:

This is sime revisionist history...Her father wasn't famous like that at all....he was somewhat known due to the OJ case but by the time she'd become a "thing" hardly anyone remembered who he was.. And no one knew who she was when she was "affiliated" with Paris Hilton.

The sex tape elevated her popularity to the point that a TV network gave her and her family a reality show based around the popularity of that sex tape....the show is y they r so popular. Them being linked with popular black men plays a part in it as well...kim dated a white guy after Reggie and she hardly got attention for it...

And it isn't just woman who buy their products. It's mostly young tween/teen girls of all races support their products..

1st understand that hip hop is the most popular genre of music... 2cd, hip hop is not only a genre of music, it is our culture. An extremly popular culture.
Has Gucci and all that other shyt been something that white ppl been wearing? Yes....
Whites was wearing Tommy and drinking Crystal before our culture got to it too... but if ur denying the stimulus that our culture brought to these products, then ur just fukking with me bro...
You pointed out how white men are into hip hop now... and thats exactly what im talking about... our culture is a big influence on everybody. White men who market to the world saw how hip hop can sell anything and they used it.
All ur really saying is that whites wore bought certain items b4 us... true.
But the "must have" quality of these brands begins once we get our hands on it and make that shyt seem like the coolest thing ever.
To be truely honest, its all apart of every culture feeding off each other. Assimilation...
The wealthy individuals of our culture get a chance to be around wealthy ppl of different cultures. They see what they are wearing, eating or drinking. Then they bring this info back to our communities thru music, videos and social media. And the regular black person once to feel like they got money too. So they go and buy those same products... And once it reaches this point, where the hip hop culture is consuming it. Now it has that "must have" quality that everybody, white and black ppl must purchase....
(I actually forgot what this thread was about lol )
Yes blacks did give it a stimulus....from other blacks :heh:

When Jay told nikkas to stop drinking Chris after he said they were ra its, their fukking money did not get touched what so ever, and that shyt came from JAY Z. nikkas can all stop buying these brands today or tomorrow and their stock won't change a damn bit.

And no, young white men got into Hip Hop because of the constant emasculation of them and the aggressiveness of Hip Hop is appealing to them. You can go online and lookup shyt about that.

Like i said: the "must have" quality is only for nikkas. cac's have been buying it at the same rate they were with or without black peoples co-sign :heh:

If we really dictate what's cool and in then one of the most powerful figures in rap right now would have his streaming platform booming. Know why it isn't booming? Because cacs don't care about it:heh: Jay promoted that black power shyt and had you nikkas jump on it, and that shyt still flopping.

Again nikka, no. Like i said: these products are only a must have NOW to the dusty hoes from around the block. Michale Kors was being bought by white women way before Nicki mentioned it and had the hood thots running to spend their entire check on it going broke. Their sales will be the same with or without blacks, just like i said with Chris.

My nikka: if she wasn't known before the tape then nobody would have even given a fukk about the tape. Ray J is almost forgotten to have even been in it:dead:

I swear yall nikkas and your bubble. Just because you haven't heard of something does not mean it wasn't already a thing:dead:

I don't follow Kylie Jenner so I had no idea what business she was in but this makes a lot of sense and it's not shocking. Not sure if she's really a billionaire, I am sure she is balling like crazy tho.

Fellas, if you want to get rich in business ---- sell to women.

Clothing, cosmetics, hair products, weight loss products, any product that hides their "flaws", etc. Women spend tons of money on these items every year. And their men buy these items for them. Since selling is based on emotion and solving a problem, it's the fastest way to make a fortune.

Our society is so focused on looks the way to make money is start selling some hair care, skin care, make up, clothes. Chicks are just getting plastic surgery and getting endorsement deals. So you can't even be mad at chicks who get plastic surgery now, breast implants, lip injections, lipo and BBL are getting chicks money. That few thousand dollars in surgery is like an investment. Then chicks start selling makeup, tea, waist trainers, workout programs, weave, fashion nova.

Not just a female thing either Shea Moisture is a worth 33 Billion owned by a black man. Men use shea moisture hair care, skin care products. And they have a Men's line with stuff for beards that has to be doing good. Bevel is a Black Owned shaving kit Tristan Walker.

No it just boils down to brand marketing and execution. And it really helps if you have a marketing team that actually puts in the work. You can tell that rhianna has passion with her make up line as her usp is aimed at providing cosmetics for woc.And hence in why I believe fenty will outlast kylies brand.

Facts. Rihanna actually worked on the line for 2 years I think, she didnt just slap her name on something to make money. Fenty Beauty changed the whole make up industry, she made make up for the lightest and darkest person. 40 shades for Albinos and really dark skinned people couldn't find shades for them. Now a lot of make up lines have 40 shades now.

I agree with the first part. Black people love to take credit for things that they didn't create, or own at all. Things like Gucci, Versace, LV, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, the richest neighborhood in london and etc, don't need black propz to be huge. Patronizing something, doesn't mean it would not be big without you. Those brands are also heavily supported by white people. And well, white people right now, have a better financial situation than the rest.

The Kardashians used WHITE OWNED social media, to expose their lives. Their fashion comes from WHITE OWNED brands. Basically, most of the things associated with them, are white owned. And black people loved that. Just like white, natives and asians loved too.
Are we going to pretend that this billionaire paid half million to go on a date with Kim Kardashian, because black people were promoting her? :laff:
Does he want a refund? Millionaire labels $500k date Kim Kardashian 'annoying'

Now, as far as rap, i do not agree. I think rap became mainstream in USA, because black people were heavily promoting, to the point that it was already a huge phenomenon outside of US, even with all of the prejudice that it faced inside of USA. It gave a voice to the opressed worldwide. Cacs had no other option.

I don't listen to rap that much, but from what i was reading, rappers had no inferiority complex problems. They would sell their albums at places like gas stations, food markets, public avenues and etc. They would give shows in ratchet nightclubs, public parks and etc. Something that singers from other genres felt that it was not for them, because they were too "classy". And it is funny, because as far as popularity, rap overcame all of the other genres combined.
I will not engage in this convo:skip:

Bro, which white ppl are u talking about was buying and checking for all this expensive shyt b4 blacks came and made it cool?
U talking the top 1% and upper class bytches... or the middle class whites...?
Theres a difference and that difference is important.
1 makes up more of the population. and that class is influenced by hip hop culture as well...
The upper class, affluent whites have and will continue to do upper class, affluent white shyt.
The rest of them, who make up more of the population, are influenced by whats hot on social media, rap songs and in the clubs... just like blacks...
And blacks are the ones who dictate whats hot.
Unless u think all whites are Paris Hilton or the Trumps... then u know most of them are playing Future, and migos and trying to copp some Gucci slides

My nikka, i'm talking about the average everyday white housewife. Them bytches been rocking MK and the rest of that shyt. Actually, a lot of the time when they see blacks wearing the shyt, they stop buying it because they feel it 's beneath them now. The suburban everyday white family is what i'm talking about. Because anything below that does not matter because they don't have the buying power to even purchase that shyt. And the kids of the suburban parents? Most aren't letting their damn kids buy anything they don't think is good for them. They make the money and will be dammed if their kids spend it on dumb shyt:heh:

Millennials are fukking broke for the most part, breh:heh:
