Curry does play defense. He's just as effective as Parker. Curry puts effort on that side of the court. There were countless times he came up with steals in that Denver series in big moments.

Bogut will defend Duncan, Splitter averages 10 ppg, you have to think Carl will score more than that against him because he can take him inside and out.

its also the rebounding, carl is soft.

Which is more reasonable, Klay is a great defender. But parker is a great offensive player.

Should be a good matchup.

There's always Draymond who is a damn good rebounder. I agree with your premise tho, we need a guy who can defend long 4's and rebound. If worse come to worse maybe Dwayne Jones can do it. He's tall and was the 2nd best rebounder in the d-league. You have to search for solutions at this point.

They're both average, and rightfully so because they don't have the size nor strength to shut down other guards. They make best with what they've got.

And at you saying lawson cooked him as to why he doesn't defend. How many pgs in the league that can stay infront of lawson?

best way to beat the spurs is to take them out of there system. make timmy start shooting jumpers and keep close to parker without letting him flop.

they're the same. if curry was healthy for the last few seasons and had the same structure as parker and had a big like duncan, this wouldn't be a conversation.

He a great 2guard. I have never said otherwise.

but he leading the league in assists in the playoffs and averaging THREE more than CP3. he a PG, fam.

so he scoring like crazy playing off the ball with Jarrett Jack, and that validates him as a top point guard now? Ok

I get what you are saying, but Curry is at his best with Jack on the court setting things up for him.
