With your homegrown guards (Coby & Ayo) in line for more money, why would you trade for another guard that you have to pay before them?... VJ Edgecombe was the guard they should have been targeting and not even bothering with Josh fukking Giddy

at this point, only people we know are guaranteed to be on the roster are matas/giddy and the two rookies.
but in reality, the bulls should be looking to move tre jones since he makes only $8M a year and has 2 more years of team control after this with one being a team option. that contract plus his much better than expected play, you would think they could leverage into a first rounder.
see if houston would bite, since they have so many picks still.

finally the culmination of what you've been wanting for the past 6 seasons
Anybody who has been paying attention knows that this was a great year to be bad. The top of the draft class is loaded.
Now this team is finally bad but has a cushion in the standings due to being try hards, which will fukk them when it comes to odds. How they didn't look at the roster with projected superstar talent coming up in the draft and blow shyt up is beyond me.
Team desperately working to make the Play-in with mfers like Wemby, Flagg and others in the lottery. Then they pass on the life raft that Joe Dumars was giving them last draft to draft a damn Frenchy project over getting an unprotected 1st from the fukking Pelicans
Oh... now let's make some trades

At this point that was the best you were going to get for Coby since he going into free agency. So the return is kinda what I expected although I think getting a big would have been more beneficial or adding Coby in some way a 3 team situation to land your big fish would be more ideal.
