Costco employees separate us and take us both outside. I am still laughing brehs. shyt was hilarious.This fat white chick was the manager. . First she is over there talking to the Lesbians. . . . Then she waddles her way over to me. . .

@General Mills has a claim of action against each lesbo for assault and battery. And the butch lesbo has a claim of assault and battery against him. @General Mills can try to claim self defense though, seeing that the butch was the aggressor. Intriguingly enough, the second lesbo can try to claim self defense on behalf a third party (the butch).
@General Mills also has a contract claim against Costco/the manager for wrongfully banning his membership (i.e., breach of contract). According to Costco, one's membership can only be banned because of theft. Obviously, no theft occurred. So Costco violated it's contractual agreement with General by wrongfully banning him. And, yes, a contract exists because he paid for his membership and Costco gave him membership benefits (w/applicable conditions) in lieu of that (monthly) payment.
However, Costco has claims of action against @General Mills (and both lesbos) for conversion and/or trespass to chattel for the damage that all three did to its products as a result of the brawl. It could seek to recover the amount of damage done to its products.
A sad situation and ugly legal mess (if it got to that point).:wengerknows:
