No. Jews in Brooklyn mainly live in Midwood, Borough Park and Williamsberg and parts of Crown Heights and the Jews stay isolated in their neighborhoods and usally keep to themselves. Crown Heights is the only neighborhood that has big populations of both Jews and Black ppl and Black people there don't get punked by them.

If the policy of the bar is to treat underage people a certain way and they don't then they breached a duty that they accepted.
