When picking up riders, if you feel they are underage, you may request they provide a driver’s license or ID card for confirmation

So if the girl looked like an adult then the driver wouldn't think to ask for ID.

These states should be held liable for not making ID required for EVERY rider regardless of age and then making rules about underage riders.

The parents want Uber to be held accountable for shyt they don't want to be held accountable for.
