One of my best friends is smart and sees eye-to-eye with me on most things but he believes in that astrology bullshyt and mentions it fairly often in conversations, like "Well you and _____ are both leos, so..." And I'm like :dahell: I don't get it.

how do you know that the solar system isnt connected in ways we dont understand and self aware , it makes more sense that it would affect us, rather than not

you CANNOT TELL ME that Scorpio people don't love to fukc. Taurus is definitely a type that will hold on to what they got (job, crib, mate). I can pretty successfully predict a person's "element" by just hanging around them for a while. Fire gets agro easily. Air can never focus. Water can't choose between two desserts for like 20 minutes. Earth drives their reliable car til it falls apart.

The "Science" behind Astrology is mysterious. I can't fathom how another planet or a faraway star could physically affect people. I believe that whatever the actual mechanism is, the clock in the sky can help us to categorize the types that seem to be born at different times of the year. If you think about it, there are not billions of types of people. Multiple people fall into each type. Perhaps there are similarities that can categorize half a billion people (physically this is a no brainer. Physically all wrestlers can be categorized into a handful of groups. Even if one day there are 6425738464373 wrestlers, there would still be only so many categories. Psychologically there is perhaps an analog).

The ancients had al helluva lot of time on their hands. They observed and cataloged. They determined that time of year somehow impacted psychology. The stars were the only clocks until recently.

.i never met someone that really knows how astrology works that goes against it..

even all these famous intelligent people that dont believe in astrology do not know more than me on astrology...i would say they are ignorant in the subject like most people, becuz they are grouping it with other things people fake alot like mind reading and psychics

the only way to really believe astrology if ur a smart skeptic in my opinion is to figure out how it works and test it every month, and memorize the charactoristics ..and u have to know there really is a difference between all signs...if u cant even figure that out then ur lost

i gurantee if u follow moon cycles, you will see something happen on a full moon every month and u can know what sign it falls under ....if nothing much happens all month until the full moon, pretty good coincidence
