Eh I wouldn't exactly call Prop Joe honorable he was a grimey ass nikka just like everybody else

He absolutely was but he at least wanted to minimize deaths and respected the old school street code. His problem(and everyone but Avon's honestly) was he didn't recognize the fact that Marlo was a menace that couldn't be reasoned with. Prop Joe and them thought there was something intelligent and honorable about what they were doing where Marlo knew exactly what kind of monster he was and embraced it.

But as far as grimey nikkas go, he was the least likely to unnecessarily hurt someone or cause trouble for people that didn't want any part of what they were doing
