There is a difference of support here. The state will step in and offer financial support since the mother is expected to provide emotional and mental. The father is only expected to provide financial and when he fails to its his ass unfortunately.

I disagree. A dad that can't pay but provides emotionally is still sent to jail and seen as a bad father. It doesn't matter how good of a father he is.

CSE is dirty man...i can take care of my kids and still go to jail....
I got out the army and asked for a reduction while i looked for a new job the god damn judge
kept my sh!t at the same rate ...i asked how am i going to pay if im temp. uneployed
they didnt give a fukk....so about 3 months later while i had my youngest son home with me
the fukkin shefiff knocks on my door telling me im going to jail for failure to pay...and if i didnt have someone
to get my son then they calling child protective services....


The judge the prosecutor and appointed lawyers are all in cahootz and curupt as fukk...
it was no need for my sons mom to put me on child support and get the courts involved in our sh!t
i was paying her $400 a month when my moms died i told her i couldnt pay on the first give me a few weeks

now im paying $600 a month for 1 kid and im so fukking bitter that it stops me from wanting to communicate
with m sons mother and my son is paying by my lack of communication....
Today is his birthday im getting him a puppy ...but his moms be talking bad about me smh...
