Some people don't work or are self employed. Some work for cash only. Can intercept your lottery winnings and gambling winnings as well as hit your bank account with a lien. Taxes will get intercepted if u file. But there are a lot of dudes who can pay that don't or won't. Then when they deep in contempt, they try and wiggle out and the cycle repeats.

Even with this if you are a responsibility adult you still have to file taxes. 1099 in CA. These types of dudes are obviously trying to skirt their responsibilities and the law. They should be getting hemmed up.

Yeah that's true and they be livid when they are made aware their taxes are gone! Sometimes it's the only way money comes in for the custodial parent..they be happy as a motherfukker, this broad one time got 10k from a dude who ain't paid in 3 years. He called up like why u take my taxes?

dudes are pretty dumb tho, they can modify their support, request genetic testing, contest guideline amounts, hire an attorney. There are a lot of things u can do instead of just letting all this money build up and trying your best to avoid paying. These dudes will quit a good paying job once made aware their check will be withheld. Women too.

There's a lot of em that pay every month as ordered and u never have to even talk to them dudes until it's time to shut down their case. The dudes who don't even want to have contact with their kids are the worst...but see the women are horrible too. They will lie about the money they got from the dad so he don't get credit, they will harass him or the office if their payment doesn't come in when they expect it to. They keep the kids away from the dad thinking they are punishing him but they really punishing their kids by keeping their dad's out of their lives. It's depressing to see.

He was up to 10 and got it down to 3. His job went on strike and he opened up a barber shop with his savings. They want all types of records and all this other shyt. He got 30 days last time for telling the judge the court owes him for missing out on money. He only served 17 days. He went back this time and got 6 months.Even his WHITE baby moms told the judge the child lived with him. The judge told them it was hear say until the proper paper work was filed and held him in contempt, 6 months.

ya a judge ultimately has the power and can fukk u royal up. and its sad u can be in the right even with proof and the judge still can be an ass and all u can do is appeal it with a different judge

i knew a situation where a couple got divorce and the husband had to pay for the house mortgage for his ex wife all cuz of a judge

There is a difference of support here. The state will step in and offer financial support since the mother is expected to provide emotional and mental. The father is only expected to provide financial and when he fails to its his ass unfortunately.
