Nas album releasing on June 15

tip got HEEEEAAAAT



I never liked the beat. Pretty much that whole album sounded like Pusha told the producers to give him their version of a Hell Hath No Fury type beat. All of them submitted beats that took them out of their element and ended up sounding more like noise than music IMO.

Q Tip's production on the latest Tribe album was much better.

I'd like some Ye beats on a Nas album naturally, but knowing all the producers Nas been in the studio with since LIG (Primo, No ID, Large Pro, Statik Selektah, Timbo, etc.), I'm kinda hoping Ye is taking on more of a executive producer role. Plus if Ye got like five diff projects coming out in a quick span he could stretch himself thin production wise. Either way def great fukking news :ahh:

Ye might be doing the majority of it and pretty much taking on the executive producer role. He had like 8-9 tracks on BP3 and the rest were other producers.
