Nothing to do with Kidney disease. Elliot was traded by the Spurs to the Pistons when he about to become a free agent. Ended up back with the Spurs a few seasons later at a discount

just looked it up, Spurs actually traded Elliot for Dennis Rodman, but Elliot ended up back with the Spurs after flaming out in Detroit

yeah i know about the trade what i'm saying is if they trade leonard because they don't want to pay him, why would he then come back to them. I would think the bridge would be burned. Unless you think leonard won't be as good outside the spurs system

I would like to see Leonard without Timmy on the block or Tony running point. He's a great player but I would like to see him dominate a month of the season. Still too many single point, single rebound games for me to give him max. Haywood is worth that money to Utah because he's pretty much all they got right now and they not going to get anyone to come to Utah so it makes sense for them.
depending on who they played on those 16 games I don't think you can throw it out and dismiss it.
