I don't get it either Teddy is a special player. To me he's the most ready made QB in this class. The Texans would be perfect because as you mentioned they have the weapons.

people love to overrate the fukk out of qb armstrength in general, where its really not that important. as long as you dont struggle making short throws, its not really gamebreaking. yea its a plus if you have a big arm in addition to other qb skillset, but by itself its pretty much worthlessCan't forget about the legendary Kyle Boller throw through the goalpost on his knees.
